95% of the time this is an aggressive spam filter sending our messages to the bulk mail folder. Have you checked your spam folder to see if they were accidentally sent there? You can see when the last alert was sent to your address under the "Settings" tab of PRO Dashboard. Please also check that your alert address is receiving emails properly by sending yourself a test alert from the Settings tab of PRO Dashboard.
