Step 1: Login
The first thing you will want to do is login using your username here. If for some reason you didn't register a username during signup you can so here and send it in an email to support@piphut.com so we can upgrade your account.
Step 2: PRO Dashboard
Your PRO Dashboard is where all the magic happens. It is where you'll find all the signals, sign up for email alerts, check daily analysis and more. To access your Dashboard simply click on the "PRO Dashboard" tab at the top of the page.
Tip: PRO Dashboard is full of help bubbles to assist you throughout your trading. Simply mouseover any question mark (?) or button to see the help bubble.
Within your PRO Dashboard you'll find access to a variety of tools, which are tabs at the top of the page. Lets walk through them one by one:

How many signals are generated from CandlePRO?
CandlePRO generates a LOT of signals throughout the day - especially for the lower timeframe charts such as the 15m charts. It is up to you to decide which signals to trade. The recommended strategy for CandlePRO is a simple support/resistance strategy - the same strategy that is used everyday in the free daily signal on PipHut.com. You buy on bullish CandlePRO signals when it is an uptrend and you are at support and you sell in a downtrend. Pretty simple, eh?
But the beauty of CandlePRO is that it can be used with ANY strategy to provide better entry/exit points and smarter trades in general. Whether you are using a technical indicator system or a 100% CandlePRO based system it works just fine.
What timeframes can you trade with CandlePRO?
CandlePRO currently analyzes the 15m, 30m, 1h, 4h and daily charts (GMT+0). Future plans include the 10m, 2h and 3h charts.
Is there a particular trading platform or charting package I have to download?
No. In fact you can use CandlePRO to aid your trading with any charting package or broker. Also, because it is 100% web-based, you can access PRO services from anywhere with a working internet connection.
Do PRO services work with mobile phones, such as iPhone or Android?
Yes! Though we don't officially support mobile apps we have tested PRO in iPhone, iPad and Android phones and (though the formatting wasn't perfect) everything functioned perfectly.
Do you have past results you can show me?
Every signal has a performance report that shows past signals and their performance. Because the performance between different patterns can vary greatly from timeframe to timeframe and pair to pair there is no one report I can point you to - you just need to start exploring the performance reports for yourself!
How long does it take to get access after I sign up?

Hello mark,
I sent feedback regarding the functionality of piphut on mobile devices specifically iPhone. More and more people are using mobile devices and with your service there is no need to sit in front of a computer all day. So it was not bad feedback but just a little note to keep in mind. I know you are busy with updating and adding other things so if you are to consider a more mobile friendly interface there is no rush – on my part at least.
Oh and if you do decide to provide the mobile interface please don’t create an app for iPhone – it’s better to have it formatted for mobile in a browser.
That being said I am very impressed. I have played around, read and tried different aspects of CandlePro and after some trial errors and observation I think I this is going to benefit me tremendously. I particularly love the daily signal charts and updates along with the email alerts.
I followed you way back in 2008 and was glad to find you again with so many impressive improvents.

Hi Michelle, we are glad you approve of the improvements! In regards to the mobile devices we have a mobile site in the works already (no ETA however, as you mentioned we have many other improvements coming out too).
