What is PipHut PRO?

I joke that having access to PRO is like having a team of currency experts at your disposal. Instant get an "insider's view" of the candle formations that signal reversals and moves on the charts before they happen with CandlePRO, get a wealth of historical data for each candlestick with Performance Reports (including recommended SL and TP levels), get swing trading signals and S/R charts, and get daily analysis from our Chief Strategist.

What is CandlePRO?

the flagship PRO tool and the ultimate candlestick trading tool. We all know the power of candlestick formations, but how do you know which patterns to trade and which ones to ignore? Where do you put your stops? Which signals are the most consistently profitable? CandlePRO answers all these questions and more with its candlestick signals.

CandlePRO automatically scans all new candles for the EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF and AUD/USD on the 15m, 30m, 1h, 4h and detects over 12 high-probability candlestick formations! CandlePRO doesn't stop there though. Making it the most powerful and unique scanner in the market is its ability to detect confluence among different timeframes with Timeframe Check, confluence among different pairs with our Double and Triple detection, ability to view the results of past signals and a whole lot more (click here for complete feature list)

For more information on CandlePRO see the FAQ: How does CandlePRO work? or the TOUR: CandlePRO

What are Performance Reports?

Performance Reports are the "secret sauce" of your candle trading success. Modeled after the type of historical data that large "big money" traders use Performance Reports analyze up to 50 previous signals to automatically determine which signals are the most profitable, where to put the best SL and TP - they even break down which forecast strength categories are the most profitable!

This historical data piece, found only in our Performance Reports, is the major component missing from the 95% of failing forex trader's plans. You can't just trade on gut instinct and feelings. Going in to each trade you need to know how similar past signals performed, TP and SL recommendations based on past signals and when to ignore setups altogether - all information you instantly get with Performance Reports

This is why we say having PipHut PRO is like having a team of analysts working for you! Stop trading in the dark.

Who uses PipHut PRO?

PipHut, the trusted source of independent forex news for tens of thousands of forex traders has users of all skill levels and our PRO services are no different. Whether you are a forex beginner looking to discover your own trading strategy based off candlesticks or a seasoned veteran looking to incorporate better historical data into your system with the Performance Reports we have something for you.

Beginning Traders - PRO services will give you "night goggles" into the dark depths of the forex markets, alerting you to shifts and changes to the trends before you otherwise would have spotted them.

Advanced Traders - Take your trading to the next level with the invaluable historical data in the Performance Reports, find confluence with CandlePRO's Timeframe Check, find high priority signals with the Double and Triples check.

Everyone in between - Even if you have a pretty good idea about what you are doing, but feel you just need that confidence boost that historical data can give you PipHut PRO offers you that ability to get back in the right directions with your trades.

How many signals are generated from CandlePRO?

CandlePRO generates a LOT of signals throughout the day - especially for the lower timeframe charts such as the 15m charts. It is up to you to decide which signals to trade. The recommended strategy for CandlePRO is a simple support/resistance strategy - the same strategy that is used everyday in the free daily signal on PipHut.com. You buy on bullish CandlePRO signals when it is an uptrend and you are at support and you sell in a downtrend. Pretty simple, eh?

But the beauty of CandlePRO is that it can be used with ANY strategy to provide better entry/exit points and smarter trades in general. Whether you are using a technical indicator system or a 100% CandlePRO based system it works just fine.

What timeframes can you trade with CandlePRO?

CandlePRO currently analyzes the 15m, 30m, 1h, 4h and daily charts (GMT+0). Future plans include the 10m, 2h and 3h charts.

Is there a particular trading platform or charting package I have to download?

No. In fact you can use CandlePRO to aid your trading with any charting package or broker. Also, because it is 100% web-based, you can access PRO services from anywhere with a working internet connection.

Do PRO services work with mobile phones, such as iPhone or Android?

Yes! Though we don't officially support mobile apps we have tested PRO in iPhone, iPad and Android phones and (though the formatting wasn't perfect) everything functioned perfectly.

Do you have past results you can show me?

Every signal has a performance report that shows past signals and their performance. Because the performance between different patterns can vary greatly from timeframe to timeframe and pair to pair there is no one report I can point you to - you just need to start exploring the performance reports for yourself!

My first week in PRO was good, though still getting used to pro signals, but I must thank PipHut for it’s consistency with the signals. I know as I get old in pro my confidence in trading will be great. Thanks PipHut!

For fridays that you dont trade but still send pro alerts do you advise we trade it or we just copy you and don’t trade Fridays? I am a week old hence all the questions.

Finally in my 1st week I have discovered that all resistance proximity alert serve as a early entry to buy signal and vice-versa, just my view!

      piphut says:

Thanks for the comments and questions @ricky. We don’t trade Fridays because the lower weekend trading volume tends to create more volatile markets and a higher likelihood of getting ‘whipped’ out of a trade. Many pro traders actually skip Mondays for the same reason! We consider Fridays riskier for these reasons but still post the analysis so that aggressive traders can still benefit from our analysis, but in the end it is your decision whether you choose to trade Fridays.

The March 19th alert was an intraday alert – you still should have received it but it came out at 14:30 UTC instead of the regular time. We do that very rarely when there are no high probability setups to trade during the normal release time.

You can see all the trades we take and are looking for under “Daily Analysis” tab of PRO Dashboard, but 99% of the time we only trade breaks.

Great question. This rule always holds true: if it isn’t in the Daily Analysis, we don’t take it. So since there was nothing in Daily Analysis for Easter, we took no trades. We still send out S/R alerts though for those traders who trade over Easter (many traders follow their own system using our tools).

Thanks for your interest in PRO – we do not currently offer free trials but we do recommend the monthly plan to “test the waters” as there are no long term commitments and you can cancel at any time. We used to but made the decision to do away with them after we discovered that users who are willing to invest the small monthly fee are much more likely to take the time to truly learn and benefit from the power and insight that PRO delivers. We realize of course that there are exceptions to this rule but feel that this system is the best for both our internal resources and your long-term success.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have right now, and of course to help you along as you get started with PRO.
