i am monitoring GBPCHF closely on the H4 TF, once i confirm a cross down i will initiate a short and hold ofr a minimum of 200pips drop same goes for GBPJPY, i really suspect a major bearish move around the corner on those pairs especially considering the Syria/USA strike saga. I guess the eventually hostility may affect risk appetite and that will or may lead to major moves in forex world int he first few hours or days.
Good morning all. Although the 30m charts gave good Bullish signals for that GBP rise just now, I’m with you on the 2 GBP pairs to drop on the bibger time frame Kay….. & hopefully that news spike will produce a nice 4h shooting star for the entry.
honestly i have gotten about 90pips on four instance of LONG attempted on each pair this morning. However i am bn very careful not to b trapped on this top even though i didnt bliv in calling top/bottom but i greatly suspect imminent drop and the drop may b so rapid that it may b best to be all celar before the move commences. i however noticed a behavior on GBPCHF (GC), it tends to stick to a direction on a weekly term. if that plays out again this week we may not see the bears yet just occasional correction but we may c a massive GAP down over the week and a sustained bearish bias thereafter. But better not to preempt the mkt, juts follow and what it is doing now is that it is heading NORTH. If u join the LONG train form this current spot, try to cover your trades once in positive and dont b too confident
i havent bn trading the MAJORs for a while now however from what i see on the Fiber chart, i expect continued Bull in coming days but again i think JPY may gain strength across board in view of Syria war mongering
Ouch ouch and ouch. We took a beating this morning in this volatile summer price action. EU was aggressive, but GU seems to have difficulty going anywhere. Hi @ukfitness and @kayus – how are you two doing?
Hi Mark, all good here thank you. I got stopped out of EU myself today but it’s all in the game ;-) I posted a load of charts… but it looks like I posted on yesterdays board. I’ve had trouble finding the boards….it’s not on the email page as it used to be…. a little difficult to find for those of us not so bright…..
